TERMS OF USE: WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your usage of this website and any of its contents are subject
to the terms and conditions below. Your usage of this website is your
consent to these terms.
MyRRMed is only to be used by Medicare beneficiaries. Providers are not permitted to use this tool.
Palmetto GBA's eServices is our free online provider portal that can be accessed at www.PalmettoGBA.com/eServices.
- This website and its contents belong either to Palmetto GBA,
LLC ("Palmetto GBA") or to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services (CMS). They do not belong to you, even though you are
allowed to access them.
- For security and other business reasons, Palmetto GBA
monitors use of the website and its contents. Your use of this
website or its contents is consent to this monitoring. You do not
have an expectation of privacy while using this website or its
contents.
- Palmetto GBA may use any information you provide for its
business and other purposes. By making this information available,
you consent to this use.
- You understand that neither the internet nor this site is
perfect. Also, Palmetto GBA may have to take down the site or any of
its contents for repair or revision. As a result, your use of the
site or its contents may be interrupted. Palmetto GBA is not
responsible for this interruption.
- Your use of this site and its contents are at your own risk.
PALMETTO GBA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS OF
ANY KIND YOU MAY SUFFER FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENTS.
- Keeping a website or its content 100% accurate and complete
at all times is not possible, even under the best of circumstances.
As a result, PALMETTO GBA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS
IN THE DATA OR FOR INCOMPLETE DATA ON THE SITE. PALMETTO GBA
PROVIDES THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, INFRINGEMENT, OR WORKMANLIKE MANNER.
- This website and its contents are made available for your
household use. They are not to be used for commercial purposes.
Palmetto GBA has the right to terminate any user's access at any
time, with or without notice or reason.
- Any user identification or other access is for your use only
and may not be shared with others, even if they are using it on your
behalf. Each user must have a unique user identification and
password. Generic contact (user) names are not permitted. This means
that we expect each user to have a legitimate first and last name
associated with each user ID.
- All user accounts must have passwords because the password
is a means to authenticate the identity of the person using an
account as the authorized user and to prevent misuse by unauthorized
users. Passwords are case sensitive and:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must contain at least one uppercase letter
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter
- Must contain at least one number
- Must contain at least one special character: @#$!%&)(*-.:;<=>?^_`~}{|/\][,+'"
- Must start with a letter
- Must contain a minimum number of 75% changed characters from the previous password. Examples:
- If current and new passwords are 8 characters long then 6 characters must be different
- If current and new passwords are 12 characters long then 9 characters must be different
- If current password is 15 characters and the new password is 20 characters, at least 11 characters must be different
- If current password is 20 characters and the new password is 23 characters, at least 15 characters must be different
- Must be changed every 60 days
- May contain spaces in the middle of a password. Spaces are not allowed in the first or last character space
- Cannot contain leading portion of the first or last name
- Cannot use the same password as the previous 12 passwords
- Security measures have been updated. When you register for an account on this portal, you will receive an 'Access Code'. The code will be mailed to you in a 'Welcome' letter to your address on record. You will be prompted to enter the Access Code the first time you log into MyRRMed to gain access to your account. This prevents unauthorized individuals from gaining access to your private information.
- Palmetto GBA's MyRRMed requires all users to complete a confirmation process every 250 days to be compliant with Medicare.
The Confirmation Process will:
- Recertify that you are the registered user and still need access to view your information.
- Verify that your profile information is correct.
If you do not complete the confirmation process every 250 days, your access to MyRRMed will be deactivated.
Palmetto GBA reserves the right to request that users confirm access at any time. Palmetto GBA has the right to deactivate and remove any user's access
if suspicious or improper activity is determined.
- For Security purposes, Medicare requires that all users of electronic portals sign into their account at least once in a 30-day period.
Therefore, Palmetto GBA's MyRRMed users must also sign into their account at least once every 30 days. If you do not log in within a 30-day period,
your account will be disabled. You will need to contact the support center to get your account re-enabled. If you don't sign into the account for 90 days,
the account will be terminated, and you will need to re-register.
- Do not leave the system accessible on your computer when you
are away from your computer. Remember to log off and close your
browser every time you exit the system.
- You may not use any application, program, or macro (among
other examples) that interface with the site or its contents. The

"as is" by the user.

Palmetto GBA or CMS data to determine the identity of individual
persons.
- By using the website or its contents you represent to
Palmetto GBA that you have the proper authority to use the website

dispute or claim related in any way with (a) any terms of use
(including, but not limited to these Terms and Conditions and any
applicable Privacy Policy), or (b) your use of the website or its

of use and the remaining terms in the terms of use shall continue
in full force and effect.

conditions from time to time without notice or reason. You agree
that it is your responsibility to keep up with any such changes that
are made. In addition, by using the website or its contents, you
agree to release Palmetto GBA from any and all claims, liabilities,
or damages related to that use. You further agree to indemnify and
hold Palmetto GBA harmless, including the payment of attorney's
fees, for any breach of this agreement, negligence, violation of
law, or willful conduct on your part in connection with the use of
